A beautiful handcrafted vintage Mexican brooch featuring a brass and copper sun on a turquoise mosaic background, inlaid on a silver base. It can be worn as a brooch or a pendant. Small irregularities can be found on the top rim of the brooch. This is a handmade vintage item and its imperfections are part of its charm! Please see all photos. Marked: Metales, Hecho en Mexico. Metales or Metales Casados “married metals” refers to a blend of different metals: silver, copper & brass. There is no sterling silver hallmark. The back of the brooch, if not pure silver, might be silver plate. Mexican jewellery marked "Metales" or "Metales Casados" indicates high-quality, mid-century "married metals" pieces, often featuring layered, inlaid designs with turquoise gem stones. They are highly collectible. Please choose Royal Mail Tracked for this item. Thank you.#mexicanjewellery#vintagejewellery#sunbrooch#turquoise#midcentury#vintagebrooch#vintagependant
